The Opportunity
Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Reporting To: Partner & Manager
Start Date: February 2026
Responsibilities
* Candidate Management: Interview candidates, manage their experience, and help them find the right job.
* Client Consulting: Meet with clients to understand their needs, take job briefs, and maintain relationships.
* Manage Recruitment Assignments: Post job ads, search databases, interview candidates.
* Fill Jobs: Match candidates to jobs, ensuring satisfaction.
* Business Development: Use sales and marketing to attract clients and arrange meetings.
* Team Collaboration: Work with a supportive team.
* Event Coordination: Organise client meetings and events to build connections.
Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Recent graduates or those about to graduate, or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role.
