**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**:
- Review and monitor internal company data. Analyse and evaluate current company systems and structures. Identify problems.
- Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet project objectives.
- Determine and communicate the work product or results upon project completion.
- Develop and carry out communications to the company's senior stakeholders, company staff, and internal and external project teams.
- Provide feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Work tactfully to inspire faster adoption, greater utilization, and higher proficiency by employees regarding new ways of operating.
- Promote the effective use of available resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Encourage the development of objectives, strategies and plans using those available resources.
- Research and recommend possible changes to internal methods and procedures, workflows, job functions to help solve organisational problems.
- Monitor and review all internal operating procedures and recommend changes where required.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
- Degree Qualification and/or 5 years relevant work experience.
- High level analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
**Salary Range**: $90,000 - $110,000
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
