We are looking for 1 full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team with responsibilities as follow:
• Hiring, training and supervising staff and ensuring customer service is maintained at a high standard level and focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Discussing with cooks or chefs to arrange menu and always updating new versions of food.
• Taking customer bookings and helping serve food and drinks.
• Ensuring food is prepared and cooked to set company specifications as well as controlling quality and quantity of ingredients.
• Organizing supply and ingredients purchases and keeping stock records.
• Managing business expenses and income as well as planning budget and rosters.
• Managing stock, contacting customers/delivery services ot follow up on unpaid money.
• Managing customer reviews to enhance quality.
• Organizing food and beverage events, promotions and advertising.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
• Planning, marketing and running promotions as well as answering customers' questionnaires on social media/email/phone calls.
Requirements:
Education: at least Diploma of Hospitality Management
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
Other Requirements:
* Australian/PR (full work right)
* Be familiar with Vietnamese cuisine (preferred)
