Senior Manufacturing Director
Alpha-H is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Director to lead the strategic and operational leadership of our manufacturing function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing leadership, with a proven track record of delivering efficient, compliant, and high-quality production.
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
* Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control.
* Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.
* Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes.
