About the Client
An opportunity has arisen with one of the largest councils in Australia, providing community services and facilities to a growing population where delivering a diverse range of programs and services is a priority. What you will be doing
They are currently seeking a Trade Certified Boilermaker to be based out of their Maroochydore Depot. The successful candidate will be required to work a 9-day fortnight, from 6am to 4pm daily. Your duties will include:
- Perform TIG, MIG, STICK & Oxy-Acetylene welding on trucks, utes, trays and other equipment
- Liaise with the Foreman and other clients for job flow and priorities
- Operate and maintain machinery & equipment as per the manufacturer’s recommendations
- Ensure that all daily documentation is completed on time
What you will need
- Driver's License with reliable transport
- Construction White Card
- Boilermaker Trade Certificate
- Previous experience completing the above duties
- Physically fit
- Ability to commit to long-term work
