About the Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to ease back into the workforce or gain new experience, as this is initially a casual, two-day-a-week position. We're flexible and willing to discuss the days and schedule that work best for you.

For the right candidate who is motivated to take on projects and grow with our company, this role has the potential to become a full-time position. You'll work directly with our Financial Controller and HR/WHS Officer, gaining valuable, hands-on experience and industry knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

* Data Entry and Billing: You'll be responsible for inputting data from our factory and installers, as well as performing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
* Administrative Support: You'll help maintain key company assets and assist with technology support, including app and software rollouts.
* Project Work: You'll have the opportunity to work on HR projects and other duties as requested.
* Financial Tasks: You'll assist with payroll and learn how to process claims.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel (maintaining and creating new formulas), Word, and Outlook.
