This role involves partnering with State and Regional Managers as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and coach to drive a people plan for your division aligned to the national P&C strategy.
The successful candidate will have:
* A natural ability to work with people and a passion for employee experience;
* Experience in a similar role as P&C Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor;
* A comprehensive understanding of the National Employment Standards and modern awards;
* Experience coaching leaders and driving outcomes across talent, engagement, and ER;
* Confidence managing complex people challenges with empathy and fairness;
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment;
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Driving a people plan for your division aligned to the national P&C strategy;
* Proactively analysing people metrics, providing insights to leaders, and developing actions to support continuous improvement;
* Leading talent development and succession planning activities to grow our future leaders;
* Partnering on ER matters, supporting leaders through performance issues, investigations, grievances, and long-term injury cases;
* Utilising insights from engagement surveys to continuously make the workplace a great place to work;
* Supporting cyclical P&C activity, including annual performance and remuneration reviews;
* Leading or supporting national projects, and contributing to a positive, consistent P&C experience across divisions;
This role supports stores in WA and SA, therefore some travel will be required. As a trusted advisor, you will utilise your skills and experience to provide strategic guidance to business leaders.
