About this role:
 * The GOT IT program works with children, parents, carers and School staff to prevent mental illness and behavioural disorders in later life and improve educational outcomes.
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead our team of Community Mental Health Clinicians who provide expert assessment, therapy, and care coordination for individuals navigating mental health challenges - right where they live.

If you are passionate about working with children and families, and have experience and skill in developing, implementing and evaluating programs, including clinical groups, we want to hear from you!
Key selection criteria:
 * Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers for Social Workers.
 * Demonstrated ability and experience in family systems based intervention, including the ability to work with children and families presenting with complex mental health needs.
