Job Title: Key Account Manager

The Opportunity
* Own and grow strategic accounts: Develop and strengthen relationships with key retail partners. Understand each customer's business to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
* Drive results: Lead sales planning and execution to meet and exceed goals in distribution, velocity, and market share.
* Secure new business: Present compelling new item and promotional pitches that align with both customer and brand strategies.
* Use data to drive decisions: Analyze syndicated and POS data to uncover trends, evaluate performance, and inform your sales and category approach.
* Act as a category expert: Apply category management principles to highlight assortment gaps and growth opportunities—positioning both our brand and the category for success.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
* 5 to 8 years of experience managing convenience store and other retail accounts in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
* Energy drink, energy shot or tobacco key account management experience preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a strategic thinker, and have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing long-term relationships with key customers.
