Business Manager Position
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to the principal.
The successful candidate will operate autonomously to undertake day-to-day office procedures, utilising information and management systems to support effective reporting and administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake reception duties, arrange appointments, correspondence, and maintain school records and general administration.
* Supervise and manage school support staff, monitor workloads and performance, and identify workforce capability requirements.
* Oversee the recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff, assist with their ongoing development.
* Support the Principal with financial matters, accounts payable/receivable, corporate card monitoring, reconciliations, and banking.
