Noahs Haven was built from lived experience. Our founder couldn't find the right support for her son, so she created it. That's the foundation everything here is built on.
We're a Bendigo-based NDIS provider delivering Specialist Behaviour Support services. We're growing fast, and we're building a team of practitioners who genuinely care. People who understand that good PBS is about the person, not the plan.
We don't do corporate distance. We speak plainly, we support each other, and we hold ourselves to a high standard because the people we work with deserve it.
We are a values driven, clinically focused organisation committed to:
* Human rights and least restrictive practice.
* Trauma informed care.
Our practitioners are supported, respected and empowered to focus on what matters most: Improving the quality of life for participants and reducing behaviours of concern through evidence based practice.
