What you'll be doing
Based in the Sunshine Coast office, you'll be a key structural engineer in a close-knit team, autonomous enough to make things happen, but with senior mentorship and group backing when needed.
Running structural design and project delivery independently
Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants, no middle layers
Using your initiative to solve problems, spot opportunities, and improve delivery
Growing into leadership by mentoring juniors and helping shape the future of the team
