Role: Receptionist - Victor Harbor
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Receptionist to join our Home Care team in Victor Harbor. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this role requires a warm, respectful and professional approach that reflects our values and commitment to person‐centred care.
* Answer and direct calls, respond to client and care worker enquiries, and provide general administrative support to the care team.

* Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Communicate effectively with clients, care workers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a high standard of customer service.
* Use initiative and problem‐solving skills to respond quickly to unplanned changes or challenges in daily operations.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming front‐of‐house presence, managing reception duties and office tasks with attention to detail.
* Uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal procedures to support safe and effective service delivery.
Essentials
* Minimum 2 years reception or administrative experience.
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years).
* Up‐to‐date influenza vaccination.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards (desirable).
