Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
* Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
* Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers
* Process orders and ensure accurate data entry
* Maintain records across internal systems, Excel spreadsheets, and documents
* Track sales activity and keep customer information up to date
* Support the wider team to meet sales targets and deadlines
About You
* Previous experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service preferred
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
* Robust written communication skills
* Results-driven with a proactive approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
