We are seeking a talented Electronics Engineer to lead our downhole geophysics team. This is a critical role in delivering cutting-edge measurement technology and pushing the boundaries in geophysics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, managing, and supporting a small engineering team to achieve project goals.
* Designing and reviewing electronic assemblies and firmware.
* Providing hands-on design, testing, assembly, and repair of geophysical tools and components.
* Contributing to product innovation, documentation, and scalable manufacturing.
* Supporting multiple projects with electronic control expertise and technical guidance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering plus 5+ years industry experience.
* 3+ years leadership or project management experience.
* Proven expertise in digital signal processing, fast ADCs, MCAs, and Zynq-based applications.
* Skilled in hardware design: VHDL/Verilog, Xilinx/Altera platforms, analogue/digital circuits, CAD, and simulation tools.
* Proficient in firmware and controller development, with Linux, C++, and Python programming experience.
