About the role
Reporting into the Marketing team, you'll play a key role in coordinating in-store marketing assets on exciting new projects. You'll work closely with Marketing, Brand Experience, Retail, eCommerce and external partners to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
Your work will directly contribute to elevating the in-store customer experience and supporting broader brand and commercial objectives.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and deliver in-store marketing and promotional material aligned to brand strategy
Project manage in store marketing material across multiple teams including designers, agencies and printers
Support end-to-end in planning and execution of store event
Manage internal planning tools, spreadsheets and campaign documentation
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate updates and changes to key internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
Experience in aretail marketing environment(or strong retail experience with a desire to move into marketing)
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence independently managing timelines, documentation and deliverables
A creative eye – ability to brief and provide feedback on design work. Copy writing skill is advantageous
Previous project coordination or administrative experience is advantageous
