Join us for an adventurous opportunity as a Band 7 Specialist Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist in Mitcham, London, where you'll work full-time in an ongoing position specialising in paediatrics and dysphagia. With a pay rate of £31 hourly, you'll provide a highly specialist service to children with complex communication needs and eating and drinking difficulties, aged 0-19 years.

What you will do:
* Actively participate as a key member of the clinical team, providing a comprehensive specialist service to children.
* Take charge of your caseload, assessing, treating, and documenting patient progress autonomously in line with professional standards.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with referring services, enhancing understanding of the role of speech and language therapy.
* Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
* Deliver treatment in a variety of community settings, including clinics, schools, nurseries, and homes.
* Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to audits and research to elevate service quality.
* Participate in the Single Assessment Process, coordinating with agencies to share essential information in compliance with Trust Guidelines.
