Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Brisbane, QLD, offered on a hybrid basis with a mix of office and work-from-home arrangements. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for NetSuite-native warehouse and labelling solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, conducting discovery calls, preparing tailored proposals and demos in collaboration with the product and technical teams, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves nurturing relationships with existing partners, attending industry events (virtual and in-person), and providing market feedback to help shape product and go-to-market strategies. Success in this position requires consistent reporting on sales performance, accurate forecasting, and proactive collaboration with marketing, implementation, and support teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

* Strong business development, account management, and consultative selling skills, with a proven ability to manage a full sales cycle.
* Experience in SaaS, ERP, or cloud solutions (NetSuite or related platforms), ideally within logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain environments.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
* Solid analytical and research skills to understand client operations, identify pain points, and translate them into solution-focused proposals.
* Comfort working in a hybrid and distributed team environment, using cloud-based collaboration and CRM tools to manage activity and reporting.
* Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise multiple opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Previous experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management and familiarity with the NetSuite ecosystem are highly regarded.
