This role is pivotal in supporting business and product teams by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and a range of stakeholders to define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure seamless delivery of key features and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Business to Technical Translation: Translate business problems into clear technical requirements, including system capabilities, UI needs, and region-specific functionality. Feasibility & Scope Assessment: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess scope, technical feasibility, and solution viability. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify root causes of technical issues and propose solutions through system changes or process enhancements. Data-Driven Insight: Leverage customer insights and usage data to inform technical design and strategic decisions. Key Selection Criteria: Technical Proficiency - Data & Integration: Proficient in writing SQL queries for data analysis and working knowledge of APIs and databases within a SaaS or software development context. Business Analysis Capability: Demonstrated experience in core BA practices, including user stories, product backlog management, and use case development aligned to Agile delivery. Initiative & Stakeholder Engagement: Self-starter with a proactive, inquisitive mindset. Comfortable engaging stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive alignment. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical matters to both technical and non-technical audiences. Outcome-Oriented Thinking: Commercially aware and outcome-focused, with the ability to consider the wider business impact and value of delivered solutions. Desired Experience: SaaS Background: Strong understanding of SaaS (B2B), preferably in global markets. Payments Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with payments systems is a plus.
