We are seeking a motivated and skilled Specialist Surgeon to lead our surgical department at Sydney Veterinary Emergency & Specialists (SVES), a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility offering comprehensive veterinary services including emergency care, surgery, medicine, and more.

Role Responsibilities
* Set the vision and strategic roadmap for the surgical department
* Manage surgical caseloads and oversee the surgical team
* Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal patient care
* Mentor and guide interns and team members
* Perform orthopaedic, soft tissue, neurologic, and emergency surgeries as needed
* Uphold the core values of VetPartners and foster a collaborative culture
Candidate Requirements
* Diplomate or equivalent status in Small Animal Surgery (ACVS/ECVS/FANZCVS)
* Eligibility for Specialist Registration with the Australian Veterinary Board Council
* Team-oriented with a passion for high-quality patient care
