WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a Lead Agent while taking ownership of prospecting, buyer management, and contributing to the full sales process.
* Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate new business
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
* Manage buyer enquiries, follow-ups, and inspections
* Assist with open homes and campaign execution
* Support the full sales process from listing through to settlement
* Maintain and nurture CRM database and client relationships
* Work toward building your own client base and listings
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in real estate sales or a similar environment
* Strong personality with confidence in cold calling and prospecting
* Proven ability or strong desire to generate new business opportunities
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Resilience, drive, and a hunter mentality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
* Professional presentation and strong work ethic
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience working within a high-performing sales team
* Strong local knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs market
* Proven track record in lead generation or sales performance
COMMISSION STRUCTURE
* 30% commission on new business generated independently (not from existing database)
* 20% commission on managing campaigns end-to-end (open homes through to settlement)
