**The Role**:
You will be
**new products and enhancement roll outs.**
As a key member of the operations team, you will need to engage with various groups across all lines of business to provide support on day-to-day issue resolution, testing and user training, as well as supporting the delivery of project initiatives and change management to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
This will suit someone who has been working in
**Operations **or
**Underwriting** and wants more exposure to process improvement projects
**Skills Required**:
- 3+ years of experience in an operational or analytical role in the Insurance industry.
- Prior knowledge of Underwriting systems preferred
