Seeking a strong supervisor with expertise in Civil OR Telecommunications and wireless/fixed infrastructure for a dynamic role. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for: Oversee site deployment and maintenance to meet specifications. Lead field teams for efficient project execution. Plan projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage vendors and procurement activities. Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess infrastructure needs. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking and reporting. Foster positive customer relationships throughout project lifecycles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency. What we are looking for? Civil experience Capable of understanding rod and rope practices. Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works Capable of supervising field resources. Construction experience preferred.
