Location: Hobart TAS | Flexible – Full-Time | Senior Leadership
Salary: $120,000 negotiable + super (pro‐rata)

Salamanca Arts Centre is a vibrant cultural hub, home to a diverse community of artists, makers, performers and creative thinkers. Located in the iconic sandstone warehouses along Salamanca Place for nearly 50 years, SAC's mission is to connect, celebrate, and champion the arts in Tasmania. Through exhibitions, performances, residencies, retail spaces and public programs, we support creative practice and open the door to powerful cultural experiences for locals and visitors alike.
Role
The Executive Director reports to the Board and leads the SAC team to ensure artistic development, growth, and financial viability. This role spans operations and arts programming and requires experience in arts administration, business management and finance with strong senior leadership and governance skills.
Flexible working arrangements are available, with the role offered between 0.6 and full‐time for the right candidate.
