Are you the kind of person who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and learning new tech?
We’re looking for a Helpdesk Support Coordinator to support our customers, tech partners and internal teams across all things Banlaw.
You’ll be the first point of contact for support enquiries—helping our clients use our products smoothly and confidently.
You’ll work closely with our technology partners, giving them the tools and support they need to sell, install and maintain Banlaw systems.
You won’t be doing it alone—this is a team effort.
You’ll collaborate with our Service, Software, and Systems teams to deliver updates, troubleshoot issues, test new software, and make sure everything runs like clockwork.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to product development, create training content and deliver training.
You’ll play a part in keeping our work workplace safe, efficient and forward-thinking.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What capability will you bring to the role?
- 5 years previous IT helpdesk experience
- Knowledge of SQL & IP computer networks; knowledge of mechanical pumping systems, electrical systems & electrical wiring design beneficial
- Analytical & problem-solving capability with a growth mindset focused on solutions & continual improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail, organised with the ability to flex between changing priorities
- Solid communicator with a customer service orientation (for both internal/external stakeholders)
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Zoho, Jira/Confluence & MS Project, SQL database &/or the mining environment beneficial
- Ability to undertake occasional on-site work involving additional hours & local/interstate & infrequent international travel
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical
