PwC Australia seeks a Director, Reward and Advisory Services, to join its expanding Reward Advisory Services team.
This team supports key talent attraction, engagement, and retention, driving discretionary effort and aligning reward with business strategy and governance expectations. The role partners with major listed institutions and organizations across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive remuneration models and assess their effectiveness.
* Collaborate with Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
* Design and deliver reward and performance strategies.
* Foster strong client relationships and grow revenue.
* Mentor and develop team members.
* Contribute to public thought leadership in reward practices.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in reward, performance, remuneration reporting, and data analysis.
* Background in a Big 4 or professional services environment is preferred.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Law.
* Ability to interpret complex issues and understand external considerations.
* Strong client service mindset and commercial acumen.
