We're looking for someone who shares our values and is eager to contribute to our continued success.About the Role:As a Labour Hire Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates and matching them with the best available roles within our diverse client base. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment life-cycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate on-boarding to ensuring timely placements and ongoing support for our on-hire candidates. This role involves a mix of recruitment, business development, and client/candidate relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:Manage the full recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, reference checking, and placement.Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for various roles.Build and maintain a strong pool of available candidates to meet quick turnaround placement needs.Manage rostering and scheduling of candidates using nominated time and attendance platforms.Business Development & Client Care:Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs.Identify new business opportunities and actively promote our services.Ensure exceptional client and candidate satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns promptly.Actively engage with the community and industry networking events to promote the Achieve Group Australia brandAdministration & Compliance:Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity across all databases.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.What We're Looking For:Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant (agency or internalor a busy on-hire desk)Solid background in customer service and sales.Familiarity with relevant employment legislation and awards.Proven ability to meet time framesand deadlines.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and exposure to recruitment industry software packages.Current Motor Vehicle License and Construction White Card.Why Join Achieve Group Australia?You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your contributions are valued.
