Searson Buck is searching for a commercially minded Recruitment Consultants to manage key growth desks and develop a strong client portfolio in our Hobart and Launceston offices.

What you'll be doing
* Building and managing your own client portfolio
* Driving new business through proactive sales activity
* End-to-end recruitment delivery (contract or permanent roles)
* Providing excellent service to clients and candidates
* Using market insights to shape recruitment strategies
What we're looking for
* 3+ years of business to business sales
* Proven sales, business development, or recruitment experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven and commercially savvy
* Resilient, self-motivated and people-focused
