Business Development Role
We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team in a challenging role that requires exceptional customer relationship management, sales, and strategic thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT or Telco sales and be able to drive growth through portfolio strategy and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* \\\\Manage customer relationships across a defined portfolio to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* \\\\Achieve individual and team sales KPIs, including revenue, profitability, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
* \\\\Execute outbound campaigns and contribute to portfolio strategy to support customer acquisition and retention.
* \\\\Handle inbound and outbound sales and service contracts, ensuring timely responses, lead escalation, and issue resolution.
* \\\\Identify and qualify complex business opportunities, generating leads for specialist teams.
* \\\\Collaborate authentically with internal teams and partners to support customer initiatives and lead generation.
* \\\\Develop and maintain account and portfolio plans that align with business goals and strategic growth.
* \\\\Maintain accurate customer data to support reporting and performance tracking.
* \\\\Continuously upskill in product and solution portfolio to better support customer needs.
* \\\\Embrace change and technology to improve customer outcomes and business efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
