Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Child Protection team, assisting Caseworkers in their daily work.
The role involves supporting case planning and documentation, referrals and appointments, case visits and day-to-day team priorities. No two days will be the same; one day you may be helping caseworkers prepare documentation or help with case planning for children and young people, and the next day you'll be sourcing and sharing information about families and making referrals or appointments.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with vulnerable and diverse groups in the community, the ability to organise work and prioritise workload in a busy work environment, strong record keeping skills or the willingness to learn, and a passion for supporting the work of child protection caseworkers.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain significant experience working within the Child Protection field. We are committed to hiring people who share our values of inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage, and integrity.
