Job Opportunity for ERP Support Specialist
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an ERP Support Specialist.
This role involves providing day-to-day support for users of our enterprise resource planning system, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP functions and inter-connections, with experience in administration of ERPs and problem-solving skills.
In this position, you will assist with user account management, security permissions, and system monitoring. You will also work with the improvement team to implement ERP configuration changes, or new capabilities.
You will be responsible for providing training and ongoing support to users to maximise the effectiveness of the system. You will develop and maintain documentation for UAT, lessons learned, meeting minutes.
Your expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Suite) would be an advantage, as well as experience in the mining, civil construction or adjacent industries.
Key qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology)
* Experience with administration of ERPs
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
* A willingness to learn new skills
* Pronto Xi experience particularly system administration, security or configuration/customisation is desirable
* Ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) experience is also desirable
* Microsoft 365 expertise including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Suite
* Experience in the mining, civil construction or adjacent industries
