Hays is the global leader for specialised recruitment. We are partnered with an impressive mining client to find and experienced FIFO Supply Coordinator to start immediately.
Your new role
* Monitor and manage fuel delivery schedules, ordering, and usage tracking to ensure uninterrupted supply.
* Coordinate logistics for site infrastructure services.
* Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock levels, and service performance.
* Order supplies in line with operational needs and budget constraints.
* Support infrastructure projects in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and environmental standards.
What you'll need to succeed
* FIFO Logistics/Supply Coordinator experience is required.
* Permanent VISA status is required.
* Strong system and ERP skill is required (Pronto beneficial).
* Manual driving license is required.
* Strong understanding of fuel logistics, supply coordination, and infrastructure support.
* Immediately available to start within 2 weeks.
