About the Role:
Our busy and exclusive wellness studio is looking for a sharp, personable, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager. This is a unique client-facing role that combines premium customer service with hands-on client care in a luxurious, private environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an exceptional and personalised experience for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the studio and treatment rooms.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work independently in a one-on-one client setting.
Who You Are:
- Exceptionally confident with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional in appearance and demeanour, with a warm and engaging personality.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and understands the importance of client privacy.
- A quick learner who is comfortable working autonomously.
- Previous experience in a high-end customer service, reception, or client-facing role is highly valued (e.g., spa, salon, hospitality, premium retail).
- No formal beauty therapy qualifications are required.
