Drive Sales Growth as a Key Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a portfolio of accounts in your territory.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company, wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential. You will also need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams. About the Role:
* Develop high-quality relationships with customers and facilitate sustainable account growth.
* Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity, and sales in retail and on-trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning and brand features/benefits.
* Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings.
* Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans.
