Client Services Officer required for an ASAP start

Your new company
Hays is partnered with one of Australia’s prominent privately owned financial advice licensees. As an independently operated licensee with no institutional ownership, it provides flexible, tailored solutions free from product influence, enabling advisers to deliver truly client‑centred advice.
Your new role
As the Client Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth progression of the financial advice process. You’ll support advisers, paraplanners and clients by coordinating workflow, managing documentation and maintaining accurate records in line with compliance requirements. This is a varied, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and keeping operations running seamlessly. This role is open to candidates with availability 4 days/week and flexibility to increase to 5 days/week when required. Candidates looking for full-time work are encouraged to apply. Hours of work are 9am - 5pm.
