About the role
As a Rural Officer you will manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients, both independently and in support of Rural Managers.
There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Complete annual credit reviews
* Undertake financial analysis
* Monitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accounts
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement
Qualifications
* An understanding of banking/lending policies and procedures
* Knowledge of the rural industry will be advantageous
* Maintaining a strong relationship with key clients
* Can manage competing priorities
