Senior Business Banking Manager- Broker
role, you will join the
Business Banking Team
that is doubling down on winning together.
Responsibilities
Assess economic value and risk potential of new business via your broker network.
Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to identify new referral opportunities.
Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market.
Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Qualifications
A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.
Strong sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
Can-do attitude that thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Ability to apply creative, out-of-the-box solutions for problem solving.
Strong prior experience within business and/or credit assessment.
Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
