We are looking to recruit an Apprentice to our growing team.
Shining Stars Nursery and Preschool offer a home-from-home, warm, and friendly atmosphere for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. We are committed to providing exceptional quality childcare through our experienced and highly qualified Manager and staff. Working in partnership with parents, our aim is to provide a platform that enables children to fulfill their potential in a secure and caring environment.
Duties To Include
1. Planning and supervising activities such as arts and crafts, reading stories, and developing language skills.
2. Supporting the development of the childcare provision.
3. Providing a range of activities that ensure children learn while having fun.
4. Assisting the facility in meeting OFSTED requirements.
5. Being a team player.
6. Providing challenging and stimulating activities appropriate for all children.
7. Undertaking First Aid training as required.
8. Undertaking training to meet any changes in standards or legal requirements.
9. Ensuring all Health and Hygiene requirements are adhered to at all times.
You will join a supportive management team, team leaders, and nursery staff who are passionate about childcare. This is a great opportunity during an exciting period of growth for Shining Stars Nursery.

Training
Paragon Skills is a leading national apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organizations. Paragon Skills has some of the highest success and achievement rates in the industry.
It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are prioritized with regular check-ins, emails, and calls. Your employer will agree to allocate 20% of your working hours to your studies, maximizing your chances of achieving the highest possible grade. Upon completing this 12-month apprenticeship, you will earn a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship.
