Job Description
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the finance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a financial or bookkeeping environment, with a strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using accounting software systems, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage purchase orders, credit card entries, and bank account reconciliations
* Filing and archiving of financial documents
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team
