Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Associate who will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a variety of roles across the business. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in recruitment and/or human resources.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist in the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely updates and feedback to both parties.
* Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to source suitable candidates for open positions.
* Support senior consultants with administrative tasks and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn and a "can do" attitude.
