We are searching for a passionate, driven, and hardworking chef that help an already established kitchen brigade continue to produce quality meals for our guests.
About you:
* Fully qualified with 2+ years post apprenticeship experience
* Must hold a trade qualification equivalent in culinary arts
* Exceptional communication skills
* Demonstrate ability in cooking in all facets of a kitchen
* Experience in working in a fast paced, busy environment
* Ability to be calm in high pressure situations
* Maintain a harmonious working environment with the kitchen and front of house teams
* Maintain highest levels of food safety and hygiene practices
* Be reliable, punctual and have a high standard with your presentation
* Must have Australian work rights at time of application
