Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant Manager. This role is responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes.
About the Role:
* Manage a small team of customer service representatives
* Create rotas and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Generate orders and manage inventory levels
* Conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records

Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail
* Ability to supervise and motivate team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
