Restaurant and Catering Manager
Blue Care is seeking a committed people-centric hospitality professional to lead the culinary team at our retirement village. Reporting to the Senior Village Manager, you will oversee front and back-of-house operations of the restaurant and catering services.
Responsibilities
* Lead menu planning and meal preparation
* Oversee procurement of food and beverage and budget control
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
* Foster strong working relationships with residents and teams
* Develop and implement quality improvement practices
Qualifications
* Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience in hospitality management
* Proven experience in catering services and people management
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
* Basic computing skills and financial management experience
* Understanding of WHS regulations and continuous quality improvement
