About I've Got Your 6 Foundation (IGY6)
IGY6 Foundation is a NFP registered charity dedicated to providing holistic mental health support across Australia. Our services combine psychology, social work, counselling, and outreach to empower:
* NDIS participants living with psychosocial, intellectual, or cognitive disabilities
* Veterans experiencing trauma, PTSD, or mental health challenges
* Families and Carers supporting loved ones through complex journeys

About the Role
As a Psychologist at IGY6 Foundation, you will:
* Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals living with disability, trauma, and mental health conditions.
* Provide person-centered care for NDIS participants and Veterans, supporting recovery, resilience, and independence.
* Conduct a range of psychological assessments, including functional capacity and cognitive assessments aligned with NDIS requirements.
* Prepare high-quality, goal-driven NDIS reports to support funding requests, reviews, and treatment plans.
* Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team across community, clinical, and telehealth settings.
* Work in a flexible model—offering in-person or telehealth care.
What We're Looking For
* Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.Non-registered candidates will not be considered .
* Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and experience with psychosocial and functional assessments.
* Experience working with clients with intellectual disabilities, developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, PTSD, or complex mental health needs.
* Excellent skills in report writing, documentation, and client goal alignment.
* Compassionate, warm, and trauma-informed approach to care.
* Ability to work autonomously while feeling part of a close-knit team.

* Trauma-informed practice and a compassionate, strengths-based approach.
* Cultural competence – ability to work respectfully with people from all backgrounds.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Flexible and adaptive to client needs, including delivering services via telehealth.
