Following a recent acquisition, our team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced and motivated Customer Solutions Senior Manager to drive an exceptional customer experience across Allied Credit’s contact centre operations. To support the growing portfolio, Allied Credit has engaged Launch to recruit and onboard the new team. This role manages both Customer Service and Collections teams. A key priority is ensuring strong collaboration and integration with existing teams, fostering a “one team” mindset and promoting alignment across all customer touchpoints. It requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a customer-first approach to drive performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and develop high-performing Customer Service and Collections teams. Set and deliver and continuously refine operational strategies that meet KPIs and business objectives, as needed Work with Customer Solutions teams and senior leaders to ensure consistent, aligned service delivery. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in leading contact centre operations, preferably within financial services or automotive leasing. Proven experience in managing people and teams with a focus on performance while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture. Strong understanding of key contact centre metrics and performance drivers. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to articulate reporting needs, analyse and present data effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proven capability in understanding complex issues quickly and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
