The Opportunity

This is a full-time, Office Manager–led role, with bookkeeping forming a supporting component of the position.

You will be the central point of coordination for the Gloucester office, ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day, supporting the local team, and acting as a key link between Gloucester and the wider Kelly+Partners network.

This role suits someone who enjoys responsibility, organisation, and people interaction, and who takes pride in creating a well-run, welcoming, and professional office environment.

Position Responsibilities

Office Manager Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Gloucester officeActing as the main point of contact for office administration and coordinationMaintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional office environmentManaging office supplies, facilities, and relationships with local service providersSupporting onboarding and day-to-day needs of team members in GloucesterCoordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communicationAssisting with workflow coordination and administrative processesSupporting collaboration between the Gloucester office and the wider Kelly+Partners networkEnsuring systems, processes, and office practices operate efficiently and consistentlyProviding general administrative and operational support to the local team

Bookkeeping Responsibilities

Preparing BAS and other statutory lodgements for reviewPerforming monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparationProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivableCompleting bank and balance sheet reconciliationsMonthly data processing for clientsPreparing management reports using accounting softwareWorking with Client Directors, Senior Managers, and Partners as required

About You

Experience in office management, administration, or bookkeepingPrevious experience in an accounting or professional services environment is highly regardedCertificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred but not essential)Working knowledge of APS, MYOB, Xero, and/or QuickBooksStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator who enjoys supporting people and building relationshipsComfortable taking ownership and being a trusted, reliable point of contactValues community, teamwork, and long-term relationshipsEnjoys working in a regional office while being part of a larger firm
