Responsibilities
* Support the Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare projects that protect national security.
* Design and build rugged, high-availability hardware for deployment on Royal Australian Navy ships.
* Collaborate in a high-calibre team with strong professional development opportunities and benefits.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Engineering professional with tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or allied discipline.
* A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a relevant process-driven engineering environment (e.g., Defence, medical, mining).
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with system, mechanical and specialty engineers.
* Experience within a formal system engineering framework is highly desirable.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering and modelling tools (e.g., Cameo) is desirable.
* Experience in a Defence-related industry is desirable.
* Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV-1.
