As the Enterprise Change Manager, you will lead and enhance Swinburne University's enterprise change management capability, ensuring it supports the university's strategic goals. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise PMO, you will oversee a centralised change team within the Enterprise PMO (EPMO), delivering both project-specific and organisation-wide change initiatives.
In this role, you will drive the development of change capability across the university, supporting operating model redesigns, culture development, and enterprise-level behavioural shifts. You will also establish and evolve a Change Management Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with best practices, people-focused change methodologies, and tools.
Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with the People & Culture team to integrate change management with broader organisational development efforts. You will also develop an enterprise-wide view of change governance, building change management capability within leaders, change practitioners, and employees.
As a people leader, you will manage and grow the change team, ensuring adequate resourcing to meet project demands while overseeing recruitment, induction, and performance management. This is an exciting chance to shape Swinburne's change management approach and drive meaningful transformation across the university.
