Role Description
This is a 6 month contract, Administrative Assistant role based in Kwinana Beach, WA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and supporting team members. This role also involves communication with clients and vendors, document preparation, HR, quotations and data entry, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run efficiently.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, record management, and document preparation
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction
* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in industrial or similar sectors is an advantage
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred
* Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
