IT Support Specialist
The role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment.
We are looking for a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Specialist.
* Troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware, software, and network problems
* Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person
* Maintaining and updating desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers
* Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks
* Implementing and maintaining active directory policies and user accounts
* Performing hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs
* Monitoring and diagnosing network connectivity issues
* Managing and resolving user requests for IT support
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification

Technical Skills:
* Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
* Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth)
* Familiarity with Active Directory and user management
* Understanding of hardware components and peripherals
